Im A Person Too (Poem)
In the shadows of day and night,
In my darkness I must fight,
I will not hang my head in shame,
For this is not some kind of game.
When I seizure, please don’t freak,
Just stay calm, don’t panic, just wait.
Please do your best to be a friend.
Just try to lend a helping hand.
Time me and place me on my side.
Stay by me, until the beast subsides.
Under five should be no trouble.
In in doubt then send for help.
Yes i have epilepsy, Sadly i do,
But I’m still a person, this is true.
